Fire is a friend and a foe. Gathering around a fire pit and roasting hot dogs or marshmallows is a great social event, but a raging forest fire is extremely destructive and can be terrifying. Fires in retail establishments can cause panic, destroy property, and cause a business to be closed for a prolonged time.
