“Observe and Report”, it’s the oft-repeated mantra of security. Brosnan is a bit different with an attitude of “Observe, Take Needed Action, and Report”. In this lesson, we will discuss Observations and Reports that an officer should be doing constantly. Whether in a retail environment or guarding a manufacturing facility, these are two of our major duties.
